2024 Poster Session Application

Accepted posters will be part of a poster reception (day/time TBD) and displayed during the conference to maximize visibility.

Poster presenters are expected to accompany their posters during the reception where they will have the opportunity to speak to conference attendees about their work.

Upon notification of acceptance, further details regarding poster specifications and the poster reception will be provided. Applicants can anticipate that the poster size dimensions will be 48 inches by 36 inches.

Deadline for submissions: Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.

Notification of acceptance/rejection: Before January 15, 2024.

Play Conference Registration Fee
Please understand that conference registration fees help to pay for the venue, catering, conference supplies, rentals and all related services as well as fund our operating expenses throughout the year. Unlike many other non-profit professional organizations, we do not have membership fees. We seek to keep costs to a minimum and affordable to as many people as possible. Although our conference costs are rising substantially, our registration fees remain unchanged. We appreciate everyone’s professional contributions, and our conferences are highly participatory – more than 60% of all attendees are also presenters or otherwise actively participating in the conference program. In order to keep the US Play Coalition operational, the dollars of each and every participant are needed, too.
